Work frustration
I put out (metaphorical) fires for a living….
The better I do my job, the more invisible it is. When I’m excelling at my work, it is absolutely transparent. Conversely, when things go bad, it’s like there is a billion watt spotlight shining on me.
Lucky for me, I’m pretty good at what I do.
Still, it would be nice to get some positive attention now and again.

We were having smores after dinner and decided to use mini-marshmallows instead of large ones.
